At the invitation of TUV Rheinland Shanghai company., Fscreen attended the "Launch Ceremony of TUV Rheinland's Global Service Network for Photovoltaic Product Testing -- Shanghai Station" on February 24, 2009, and subsequently participated in the photovoltaic industry forum.

As the leader of the global photovoltaic component testing services, Germany Rhine TUVRheinland group responsible for 70 of the world photovoltaic modules of testing and certification, in  2008 the German Rhine and Arizona state university, hand in handwith the university of Arizona PTL (PV Testing Laboratory) cooperation,  through the German Rhine technology Shanghai company provide testing services for the Asian photovoltaic enterprises.

The Photovaltaic Testing Laboratory (PTL) of Arizona State University (ASU) is the world's leading photovoltaic product Testing agency and a participant in the development of photovoltaic product standards.

The Fresnel lens developed by Fscreen can be widely used in solar concentrating photovoltaic power generation system, and on this basis, the glass base lens has been developed, which overcomes the limitations of outdoor weather resistance and impact resistance of traditional Alec materials, and is in a leading position in the international market.  Therefore, the sustainable Energy Institute of Arizona and its PTL laboratory are concerned.  In 2007, it signed an agreement of cooperation intention with Arizona State University, inviting Fscreen company to expand concentrating solar business in Arizona.  In May 2007, Fscreen has visited Arizona State University and PTL.
