Fscreen 100” Fresnel Optical Hard Screen FS Series Quick Installation Guide

This guide provides various data and materials required for installation. Please read it carefully. 

1、Preparations before Installation

1.1 Precautions for Screen Move

Requirement for elevator or stairs as following picture shows:

Elevator:The diagonal of the elevator door shall be more than 2.5m long and more than 1.5m deep

Stairs: Stair width should be more than 2.5, handrails to the wall must more than 1.2 meters, but move may damage the screen.

If the space is insufficient, please consider unpacking the screen and then move to upstairs.After unpacking the box, the requirement for the diagonal of elevator should more than 2.5m and more than 1.3m deep,stairs turning width should more than 2.5m, handrails to the wall should be 1.2m.

Also it can use crane to move the screen on upstairs, which with high cost.

2.Projector

Please follow the below chart to adjust the projector position, make sure the projection picture size as 2214×1245mm.If the desk put the projector width is not enough,please move the desk or purchase special electric desk.

3. Confirm Wall Status

Common walls can be installed, but following listed wall must ensure that the load-bearing capacity is greater than 40KG to avoid potential safety hazards. For example: Ceramic tile, tempered glass, gypsum wall, decorative partition wall and so on.

4. Prepare Installation Tool and Components

Tool：tapeline （More than 3 meters）, Pen, Electric Drill, 8mm drill（Minimum length should more than 70mm）

Components：Single hole fastener* 6， Expansion Screw*6 sets, Gloves*2 sets

2.Screen Installation Step

2.1. In the center of installation place, please projection a rectangular picture, and using tapeline to confirm the projection picture dimension around 2214mm×1245mm, and make sure the picture bottom in a horizontal level.（take the ground as the reference plane）

02.Mark the projection picture at the midpoint of the bottom edge as A1 (about 1107mm), Based on A1, the drilling point A2 was marked at its vertical upward distance of 234mm. 

03.Based on point A2, mark A3 drilling points at 800mm to the left and 800mm to the right horizontally respectively. A2 and A3 should be on the same line. Then, based on point A2 and A3, measure the distance up by 800mm respectively and mark A4 drilling points, make sure three A4 points on the same line. 

04.Drill holes at each of the six points with a diameter of 8mm and make sure the drill depth should more than 65mm.

05.Install the expansion screw sleeve and fix the single-hole fastener to the wall using expansion screws. 

06.Put the screen on the positive direction of the hook,and put the single-hole fixer into the screen hanger, release the screen gently.

07 The installation is completely finished, please adjust the projector and begin to use.
