What is the Difference Between Black-grid Screen and Fresnel Optical Screen Working Principle and Effect?

The surface of the black grid screen is covered with small prism structures horizontally. The main working principle is to absorb and not reflect the light from the top of the screen, but mainly reflect the light from the bottom of the screen to resist the ambient light.  However, the horizontal structure of a black screen can only block light from above the screen, which is much less effective if there are light sources on either side of the screen or in front of the screen. Of course, if it is night open overhead light to watch with better effect.

In daytime, if the room full of light,black-grid viewing effect will worse than Fresnel optical screen as black-grid only ALR from top of screen, while the Fresnel Optical Screen will ALR from above (lamplight) and from left& right (window light).
